As Muslims across the world ends 30 days Ramadan fasting and prayers, the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly CoordinatingvDirector, Francis Duah Darko has urged Muslims to contribute their quota towards support the president, John Dramani Mahama’s Resetting Ghana Agenda.
king to Ahmadiyya Muslims at I T Ahmaddiya Secondary School in Ashanti Region, the Coordinating Director who represents the regional mimister, Dr. Frank Amonkobene appluaded the significant contributions of the muslim community in the building process of the country as paramount and worth to be celebrated…but was quick to task exhibit a high level of commitment in aiding the resetting agenda.
“Even though our beliefs are varied, our common goal in reshaping the country should be the same.”
That can not be done when there’s no peace and unity, and it’s imperative to celebrate the feast with vigilance and deviod of troubles and violence.
On his part, Mr. Sayed Naimatullah Taier, Regional Missionary, Ashanti Region Ahmadiyya Mission-Ghana told journalists that, Islam means peace, and it also promotes peace. Thus, he tasked the rank and file of the Muslim communities to advocate for peace as they celebrate the Ramadan so as to deepen their faith in Allah.
He went ahead to admits that, Ghana is their country and the resetting process is also their share responsibility. Hence its prudent for the youth to conduct themselves meaningfully worthy to be called Muslim in their cause of celebration.
He noted that, the Ahmadiyya Missionary is not behind any polical party, but will do well to support the government in power to transform the nation. He stated.
