NDC Stalwart Gives Nana Addo 5-Day Ultimatum To Sign The LGBTQ Bill Or Hit With Demo
A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Seth Ankrah has given the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo a five-day working ultimatum to sign the LGBTQ bill or he will be greeted by demonstration.
The NDC stalwart told the amnewsworld.com content writer that, the president, Nana Addo was hiding under the auspices of the court case citing his reason for not signing the bill.
However, the court has thrown the case out of court and he, President Nana Addo has no justification for not assenting the bill.
According to him, when the five-day ultimatum elapsed without the bill being signed, he would lead a demonstration to compel the president to sign the bill in public.
He noted that Nana Addo and his cohorts cannot sacrifice Ghanaians for $3.8bn. Nana Addo told us that; the money is here and there’s no need to borrow money…and if he (Nana Addo) means his words, we don’t need their $3.8bn.
Hon. Seth Ankrah averred that Nana Addo and the NPP government cannot betray Ghanaians for their selfish interest.
Ghanaians voted for Nana Addo and the power belongs to the people and cannot force a foreign culture on them.
