I Will Control Inflation Growth Under My Leadership-Alan Cash

The Leader of Movement for Change and president of Ghana hopeful, Hon John Kwadwo Alan  Kyerematen has reiterated that will control the speedy growth of inflation in country when he becomes the president of Ghana.

He posted on his X page said, “As President of Ghana, I will lead efforts to ensure a comprehensive review of the Inflation Targeting (IT) framework, with inputs from academics, think tanks and CSOs”.

According to him, the review should involve an assessment of the effectiveness of the IT framework and the best way to deploy it to avoid imposing an unjustifiably prohibitive interest rate structure on the economy.
